Bidirectional Construction:Research On Social Work Intervention In Rescue Management

This paper takes the social work project of a rescue management station as an example,through the use of interview,participatory observation and narrative analysis research methods to objectively present the social work project,and this paper describes the interaction between the social workers and the staff of the relief management station,and understands the game and mutual structure of the two in the rescue management.In order to understand the development of the current social work in the relief management work,to explore how to construct a social work suitable for the background of our country and the relief management work combined with the rescue management system.According to the research of this paper,the first part of the article clarifies the actual background of the current relief management work in our country,understands the current situation of many vagrants and beggars in our country,and combs the rescue management system of our country,and explains how the social work is introduced into the relief management work.The second part is from combing the existing data to understand the current research on the field of relief management,mainly from the rescue management system,relief management station,relief management object and social work to the relief management work.Firstly,the main part of the article introduces the development of B district rescue management station and social work.Then describe the social work projects and the way social workers enter the relief station,the key social work in the two-way construction of the process of differences and cooperation events,To analyze the social workers and the staff of the relief management station in the face of different relief management work from different angles,and to understand the current situation of their interaction in the face of relief work,In order to find out the current situation of social work involved in the management of relief,so as to reveal the current social work in the relief management station in the work of relief management.Next,it is suggested to promote the combination of social work and relief management from three aspects: improving the service level of social work,advocating "embedded" to promote the integration of social work and relief management,and constructing the relief mode of "government society" multiple subjects and relief management in China's rescue management model is full of expectations.
