Since the establishment of the first P2 P network-lending platform in China in 2007,domestic P2 P industry has gained a rapid development in the past decade.As a new mode of investing and financing,P2 P lending platform has not only greatly improved the capital mobility,but also alleviated the difficulty of small and medium enterprises financing and personal loans.However,during the fast development of the P2 P business,P2 P companies have changed their roles as intermediaries.In recent years,frequent events about platform abscond with investors cannot draw money from account have led to a great loss to investors and aroused group events bringing a certain pressure of the social stability.Before under the supervision of CBRC in 2014,the domestic P2 P industry has experienced regulatory vacuum for more than seven years without industry entry barriers and regulatory agencies.Nowadays,although regulation of the P2 P industry has drawn great attention of the government and related departments,laws and means are not perfect enough.The government regulation still has an expanding area,thus some effective and available measures must be adopted to strengthen the P2 P regulation.The passage analyzes the development and risk of domestic P2 P industry and makes a key research on the situation of government regulation to find out the existing problems.Taking the government functions into consideration,the passage builds the regulation and early warning model and sets up a series of early warning level to strengthen the government supervisory measure with the help of big data technology.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures about early warning of government regulation are put forward to maintain the positive and stable development of P2 P industry.
