Research On Online Public Opinion Early Warning In The Context Of Big Data

As a special form of information which is widely spread through the means of internet,network public opinion is an extension of the concept of ‘public opinion' in the Internet space.Some of the public opinion which is simple and controllable in traditional communication channel and speech environment,may change to group incidence,cause public crisis,and then bring enormous pressure and challenges to the public management department of the government,due to Internet's nature of openness,rapid propagation,and interaction.And with the increasing involvement of the network public opinion to the real society,the internet has become a “mirror” of the real society.With the development of internet and cloud technology,using big data to extract valuable information of the network public opinion,and apply big data to the monitoring and early warning of network public opinion,is basic demand for avoiding public safety incidents in the new situation and environment.Based upon this situation,this paper studies network public opinion as a special information object.With the background of big data,this paper reviewed related literature,combined big data with the objects of network public opinion pre-warning,using methods of literature investigation,function analysis,comparative analysis and analog simulation experiment,to study the internet public opinion's pre-warning function demand,analysis technology,and index system from various aspects,then set up internet public opinion dissemination and evolution mode.Combined with related regulation and law,this paper put forward internet public opinion pre-warning control strategy.It's main content and innovation points are:(1)Based on the literature reviewing of network public opinion,this paper investigates the development of network public opinion and it's dynamic changes,made summary of achievements and deficiencies of network public opinion research,and identify the entry point for network public opinion study,to analysis internet public opinion's characteristics and spread elements.The paper uses network public opinion life circle related theory as foundation,reasonably identifies different stages of network public opinion,and analysis dominant evolution mechanism of the various evolution stages of network warning.(2)Through the requirement analysis and function analysis of network public opinion pre-warning under the background of big data,the overall design of network public opinion pre-warning system under the background of big data is completed,and the functions of 3 sub-systems are analyzed.The feasibility and system design are analyzed,the network public opinion information collection,analysis and system design of the analysis sub-system are introduced,the connotation,significance and system design of the evaluation subsystem are introduced.And constructed and realized the network public opinion pre-warning system under the big data background.(3)Analysis on the disposition of network public opinion under the background of big data,analyze of the propagation characteristics of the network structure and the spread of public opinion through internet,this paper uses infectious disease model with the BA scale-free network to construct the innovative propagation model of network public opinion,and analysis it's steady-state and spreading threshold,then stimulating the model by MATLAB,using case analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of direct immune model,and finally put forward countermeasures to control the network communication process.
