Practical Research On Social Work To Resolve The Contradiction Of Grassroots Letters And Visits

With the deepening of China's political and economic system reform,social transformation and economic development have entered a critical period,various social contradictions have continued to intensify,and the trend of complicated social issues has become increasingly apparent,and more and more contradictions and social issues have been addressed through Letters and Visits,and grass-roots Letters and Visits work has encountered unprecedented challenges.Especially in the grass-roots Letters and Visits work,some behaviors of pestering and making trouble are often handled by extreme measures such as violence and coercion,which is not only not conducive to the settlement of the contradiction between the grass-roots Letters and Visits,but also intensifies the relationship between the petitioner and the government and the country,leading to the loss of political justice.How to use scientific and reasonable methods to solve the contradiction of grass-roots Letters and Visits has become an urgent problem to be solved.Regarding the current situation of grassroots letters and visits,this article takes the case study of Ali,a client of District A in Guangzhou as a starting point,based on the author's own internship experience,and launches relevant investigation and research.First of all,we have a deep understanding and analysis of the client Ali and her petition,and then use the Ecosystem Theory to analyze the current status and needs of the micro system,mezzo system and macro system,and then point out the problems in the Ali's ecosystem,and then the main process of social work intervening in the petition of Ali was expounded,and at the same time,the practice of social work to resolve the contradictions in grass-roots Letters and Visits was sorted out from the micro,mezzo and macro levels.Then,on the basis above,it summarizes the practical results of social work's involvement in the resolution of contradictions in grass-roots Letters and Visits,and points out the current deficiencies in the social work of Letters and Visits and the development difficulties it faces,and proposes improvement strategies.Finally,based on the case practice of the client Ali,summarize and discuss the importance of Social work of Letters and Visits,and think about further optimizing Social work of Letters and Visits services,to provide a certain reference basis and reference value for subsequent research.
