Study On The Difficulties And Solutions Of Letters And Visits Work

Due to the influence of reform and the continuous development of society,interest structure relationships are gradually changed,social activities are complex and changeable,and lead to more contradictions,frictions and even fierce conflicts between people.As a form of contradiction adjustment,letters and visits work is an important part of consultative democracy.The number of received cases by letter-and-visit organization has increased year by year,and letters and visits behaviors have become fierce and frequent.If these cases could not been handled properly,which will seriously affect social harmony and stability.How to settle these letters and visits suitably,solving the problems of the letters and visits,mediating the conflicts of interests of all parties,and resolving social contradictions,is of great significance to promote the development of society stably,and is the key to building a harmonious society and realizing the great “Chinese dream.”This research object focused on letters and visits from X city work of X city.Comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the current faced dilemma of letters and visits in X city by using the method of literature review,interviews,and case study.Based on the current situation of letters and visits work and reasons,finding out the corresponding solutions.First of all,through a comprehensive analysis of typical cases of letters and visits in X city recent years,we learned that letters and visits cases in X are mainly concentrated on social security for employees,study reporting attributes of administrative and judicial confusion,reception department and related departments paper analyzes reception department,the complaint reporting staff appeal,exception handling is the serious problem of the main difficulties faced by the city's letters and visits,letters and the low degree of legalization,letters and lack of program specification,letters and functional position is not accurate,the lack of a complaint reporting job security mechanism,the complaintreporting channel is not smooth is the main reason for the complaint reporting handling difficult X city.Finally,several Suggestions are put forward on how to improve the level of letters and visits work in X city,such as strengthening the degree of legalization of letters and visits work,standardizing the acceptance of complaint reporting,accurately positioning the functions of complaint reporting institutions,improving the handling mechanism of complaint reporting,and improving the guarantee mechanism of letters and visits work.Based on the current situation of letters-and-visits work in this resource-based city of X,from theory aspect,finding out the weak links in letters and visits work,clarifies the direction of improvement,and provides theoretical support for increasing the level of letters and visits work.Secondly,find out some problems in the letters-and-visits work.From the perspective of practical activities,providing suggestions for the reform and improvement of the letters and visits system.In the end,it will provide some references for the development and improvement of particular letters and visits work of China,resolving the reasonable and legitimate demands of the masses,boosting relationship of party-mass,enhancing happiness of the masses,and promoting social harmony and stability.
