The civil service system originated in the Western capitalist countries, marked1870the formal establishment of the civil service system, dating back more than a hundredyears of history. Theoreticalsense, China’s civil service after nearly20years of practice and development, the overallinstitutional framework has been initially constructed to truly establish a sound andstandardized national civil service, however, is still a long way to go.
