Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Labor Spirit In The New Era

On September 10,2018,Xi Jinping stressed at the National Education Conference: "we should carry forward labor spirit among students,educate and guide students to advocate labor and respect labor,and understand the most glorious work,the most noble work,the greatest labor and the most beautiful labor." College students are valuable resources and they are the hope of the nation.The cultivation of College Students' labor spirit has a direct impact on the future socialist builders and successors' labor values and labor skills.Therefore,to strengthen the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era is the inevitable requirement,we should strength the ideological and political education of college students.At present,we have made achievements in the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit,but at the same time,due to the influence of many factors,there are still some problems should to be solved in the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit in China,such as the weakening of some college students' labor concept,the negative attitude towards labor,the degradation of labor morality,the weakening of labor habits,the lack of labor feelings,etc.Not only seriously affects the overall development of college students themselves,but also,to a certain extent,affects the harmony of the family,the progress of society and the great rejuvenation of the nation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit.Based on this,this paper studies the topic of "the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era".This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research focus,difficulties and innovation,as well as the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter summarizes the cultivation of labor spirit of college students in the new era.Based on the definition of the new era,labor,labor spirit and the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit,this paper focuses on the importance and necessity of Cultivating College Students' labor spirit in the new era.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit in the new era.The article holds that the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit in the new era mainly exists in the following problems: unclear responsibility of the main body of cultivation,few cultivation platforms,monotonous content and form,lack of a good environment for the cultivation of labor spirit,the little influence of family and lack of self-cultivation ability of college students.At the same time,the article analyzes the main reasons for the above problems,mainly including: The school does not pay much attention to the cultivation mechanism;the social cultivation is relatively deficient;the family education is not effective,and the emphasis on wisdom is more prominent than morality;the students lack self-examination,and the labor consciousness is relatively weak.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the above research,puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit.From the five levels of the country,society,school,family and college students themselves.This paper discusses the cultivation countermeasures of College Students' labor spirit in the new era.In the process of cultivating the labor spirit of college students,the paper holds that the top-level design of the party and the state in the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students should be emphasized,including the policy guidance,system guarantee and resource integration,the leading function of the school in the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students should be highlighted,the main body of the cultivation of the labor spirit should be defined,the platform of the cultivation of the labor spirit should be widened,the contents of the labor spirit should be enriched,and innovation should be formed by labor spirit cultivation;we should attach importance to the environmental impact of society on the cultivation of College Students' labor spirit,provide places for schools to organize labor practice,provide technical support for college students' labor practice,and encourage college students to participate in voluntary service activities;family should play the right role in the cultivation of College students' labor spirit,demonstrate and carry forward the labor spirit and create conditions to cultivate the labor spirit.It is necessary for college students to play a good role of self-education in the cultivation of labor spirit,establish a scientific concept of labor,uphold a correct attitude towards labor,cultivate good labor morality,develop good labor habits and create noble feelings of labor.
