Research On College Students Spirit Of Craftsman And Its Cultivation

The spirit of craftsman has always been a fine tradition of our country.Under the cultivation and influence of this spirit,a number of skillful craftsmen have appeared in our country.They are pushing the progress and development of the times with their industrious hands.This kind of spirit after a long time of tossing and turning,increasingly full of vigor and vitality.Craftsman spirit is a kind of attitude and quality that people show in their daily life.It mainly includes the following aspects: persistent focus,striving for perfection,meticulosity,pursuit of excellence,etc.These excellent qualities are the basic qualities that we should have as talents in the new era.To embrace the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and create a distinctive chinese brand,we need to give full play to the spirit of craftsmanship.College students,as the pillars of the motherland construction,will take on crucial responsibilities in the great cause of the future,should be trained with the craftsman spirit,which is not only conducive to realizing self-fulfilment,but also conducive to promoting social transformation and upgrading.Therefore,it is an urgent task to cultivate the spirit of craftsman in university man.The thesis starts with the basic connotation of the craftsman spirit,combine the characteristics of contemporary college students,comprehensive use of literature research,questionnaire,and problem-oriented method,On the basis of determining the relevant theoretical basis and reference of artisan spirit,Sort out its times value,analyzes the existing issues of college students’ spirit of craftsman and the causes of the issues,come up with countermoves to cultivate students’ spirit of craftsman.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the topic selected in this paper.By analyzing the research status at home and abroad,it concludes that the existing problems of college students’ spirit of craftsman need to be explored and supplemented constantly,and the solutions should be refined and updated gradually with the development of the times and practice.The second part,based on the analysis and interpretation of the craftsman,craftsman spirit and college students’ craftsman spirit,explores the theoretical basis,namely the marxist view of labor,as well as relevant theoretical references,such as Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the craftsman spirit and political education and the craftsman thought in the excellent traditional chinese culture.In addition,the significance of cultivating college students’ spirit of craftsman is analyzed,and it is believed that cultivating college students’ spirit of craftsman is conducive to improving their own labor quality and professional ethics,as well as to realizing reform and innovation in the new era.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of college students’ craftsman spirit in combination with my own questionnaire.Generally speaking,most college students have a good craftsman spirit on the whole,but some of them have some problems,such as lack of strong sense of respecting labor and lack of spirit of studying for perfection.The main reasons for these problems lie in the following: the constant impact of the wrong ideological trend,and the insufficient publicity of the craftsman spirit in the society.The fourth part propose the counterplans to foster the craftsman spirit of undergraduate.First of all,for colleges and universities,They can enrich cultivation content and innovative manner,secondly,from the social aspect mainly is to create a social environment to cultivate college students’ spirit,in the end,from college students to strengthen their spirit of self cultivation.
