Labor quality refers to the embodiment of certain social labor principles and norms in individual thought and behavior,and it is a stable characteristic that a person shows in consistent labor psychology and behavior.Labor education is an important way to improve the youth's labor quality,and it is of great significance to promote the youth's growth and talent,and to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor in the new era.Through theoretical research,summarizes youth labor education essence characteristics of historical and times,theoretical and practical,traditional and innovative,long-term and continuity,demonstration and infectious,its basic connotation include labor cognitive education,labor emotional education,labor volition education and labor habit education.At present,the value implication of carrying out labor education lies in improving labor quality and promoting all-round development;Inheriting traditional virtues and carrying forward excellent culture;Cultivating new people and achieving national rejuvenation;improving the education system and building China into an educational powerhouse.In theoretical research and reference to the existing questionnaire study,compiling a questionnaire on the status quo of youth labor quality,from the five aspects of the youth labor cognition,labor emotion,labor volition,labor habit and labor education to survey youth labor quality present situation,an investigation of 6 universities and 22 middle schools(a total of 3588 valid samples)from 11 cities and prefecture-level regions in Sichuan province shows that: The overall status of youth's labor quality is good,with optimistic and positive development,especially in terms of labor cognition and labor experience(positive experience and negative experience),but it also reflects that there is still room for improvement in labor behavior and labor education.Through further analysis of the independent variables,it can be concluded that the three independent variables of gender,one-child or not,and residence place have significant influence on the labor quality of the youth;The three independent variables of gender,nationality and grade have significant effects on the youth's labor cognition;and the interaction between gender and grade has significant effects on the youth's labor cognition;The two independent variables of gender and only-child or not have significant influence on the youth's negative labor experience;The two independent variables of residence and only-child or not have significant influence on the youth'slabor behavior;The three independent variables of gender,residence place and place of school have significant influence on youth's behavior.On this basis,this paper discusses and analyzes the four factors that affect the formation of youth labor quality,including family factors,school factors,social factors and individual factors,and puts forward four ways to optimize youth labor education,that is,improving the labor education system and paying attention to the effectiveness of labor education;renewing the idea of labor education and meeting the times of labor education;improving the method of labor education and enhancing the effectiveness of labor education;Optimizing the environment of labor education,strengthening the infectivity of labor education.
