Labor is an important part of people's life,and the concept of labor is an ideological issue that can not be ignored in human's development and social progress.In order to meet people's meticulous demand for a better life,the education of young people's concept of labor has emerged in the new era.It is not only for the young people in the new era to grow into all-round talents with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development,but also for the full and harmonious development of individual potential in a deeper sense.Faced with the new appeal,the education of young people's concept of labor should actively draw lessons from the historical experience explored in practice,actively absorbing useful ideological resources at home and abroad,and working together to create an educational pattern that promotes its effectiveness,so that the education of young people's concept of labor in China will have greater space for development,stronger impetus and More vigor.Firstly,in the new era,the education of young people's concept of labor in China should embed itself in the new coordinates of youth's progress established in a new direction,strive for a new direction guided by new ideas,highlight the glorious new mission entrusted to young people by new goals,and solve the new contradictions which reflects the beautiful expectations of young people.Secondly,in the new era,the education of young people's concept of labor in China is also facing unique practical challenges,that is,it is difficult for young people to meet new requirements under the influence of traditional employment concepts,to identify their new goals under the negative impact of mass communication,to clearly see new situations because of the disproportionate contribution to employment and remuneration,to blur the color of struggling because of "ambition is difficult to pay off",and to undertake new tasks because "upbringing superiority" undermine their will to work.It is difficult for people full of aspiration to seize new opportunities.Thirdly,the historical experience of youth labor education in China is not only the summary of past practice,but also the principle of future practice.That is to say,we should fully recognize theimportance to carry out the education of labor concept,deeply embody the epochality of the education of labor concept,expand and enhance the sense of the education of labor concept,and jointly construct a diversified and comprehensive educational model.Fourthly,as the ideological resource of the education of young people's view of labor in the new era,the excellent view of labor at all times and in all over the world gives it reasonable support.Further,it mainly relies on the education of dedication consciousness,attitude towards excellence,hardship and simplicity,and innovation and entrepreneurship concept to fulfill its main content,convey the labor virtues of the new era,and guide the young people in the new era to identify and realize the transition in the construction of the spirit of labor.Finally,we should make great efforts to promote the continuous innovation of the concept and practice of youth labor education from the following three aspects: reasonably classifying and developing the education of young people's concept of labor,carrying out it in the implementation of national strategy and promoting it in innovative methods and carriers,so as to make use of the new advantages in all aspects to enhance the flexibility of the education of the concept of labor and accelerate the improvement of the new system of the education of the concept of labor.
