Grass-roots public security organs are the backbone of maintaining social stability in China,and they are also the most frequently contacted government organs with the people in daily life.To realize the effective play of the functions of grass-roots public security organs,the efforts of grass-roots police are indispensable.However,due to the long-term and high-load work of grass-roots police,the resulting high-intensity work pressure leads to physical and mental exhaustion.Therefore,how to reduce the work pressure of the grass-roots public security organs and ensure that the grass-roots police perform their duties under reasonable pressure has important practical significance for better promoting the grass-roots public security organs to serve the society.Taking the Qingcheng District Public Security Bureau as an example,this paper probes into the problem of police pressure in grass-roots public security organs by using the methods of literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and comparative analysis.By investigating the pressure sources of grass-roots policemen in Qingcheng District Public Security Bureau and analyzing the data of pressure evaluation,we can see that the pressure sources of grass-roots policemen mainly include the following aspects: working conditions pressure,role pressure,interpersonal relationship pressure,career development pressure,incentive pressure and family pressure.Overall,the respondents' evaluation scores ranged from 3.42 to 4.75,which indicated that the respondents' overall state was between general stress and greater stress.Secondly,the average score was 3.932,which indicated that the respondents' average stress perception was greater.Thirdly,from a single point of view,the respondents' perception of "career development pressure,role pressure" and other indicators.The pressure is higher,but the pressure of interpersonal relationship is lower.Stress management can help the grass-roots police of Qingcheng District Public Security Bureau to reduce unnecessary pressure and increase the content of pressure which is more conducive to improving work efficiency,thus stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of grass-roots police.Through research and analysis,the coping strategies of grass-roots police stress include: continuously improving working conditions,optimizing the performance appraisal system of grass-roots police,strengthening the construction of family culture,strengthening the incentive to grass-roots police of Qingcheng District Public Security Bureau;establishing a correct working attitude,fully recognizing the role of the post,and continuously improving themselves.Ability to deal with interpersonal relationships,create a social atmosphere of respect for labor,and play a role of family support.Finally,the paper summarizes and analyses the whole research.The full play of the potential of grass-roots police will inevitably bring about the improvement of their work performance,so as to achieve the effective performance of post work;in order to enable the grass-roots police to fully perform their post functions,it is necessary to improve the performance of the whole organization management,promote the development and transformation of the organization.
