| The public security forces are the ones that have sacrificed the most and made the greatest sacrifices in times of peace.While maintaining public order and combating crime,grass-roots public security police officers are faced with the complexities of complicated relationships with the public,hidden ways of committing crimes and close public scrutiny.Against this background,grass-roots public security police,as a special profession within the civil service,often face higher work intensity and work requirements.The high-risk,high-load and high-stress nature of their daily work has,to a certain extent,exacerbated the occupational pressure on grass-roots public security police.Therefore,in the development process of following the comprehensive rule of law and promoting the continuous improvement of the construction of China under the rule of law,capturing the sources of occupational stress of grass-roots public security police and proposing coping strategies can effectively balance occupational stress and occupational outcomes,reduce the negative impact of occupational stress on the work of grass-roots public security police,and promote the long-term construction and development of the grass-roots governance team of public security.This study defines the concepts related to the occupational stress of grassroots public security police officers by using public governance theory,incentive theory,the give-and-take imbalance model,and the stress interaction cognitive theory.Based on the current work situation and development prospects of grassroots public security police officers in the Y sub-bureau of Xi’an City,Shaanxi Province,through the form of questionnaire research,in-depth exploration of the source factors affecting the occupational stress of grassroots public security police officers,the degree of stress and ways to alleviate and cope with it,and factor fitting analysis of the factors,based on the results of the factor analysis,the interview situation and the public governance perspective from the analysis and refinement of the sources of occupational stress of grassroots public security police officers,and found the following Research results:(1)Occupational factors are an important source of occupational stress,including work content,non-police activities and public complaints,among which the risk of critical incidents is the primary source of stress in organizational factors,and there are large differences between individuals.(2)The organizational system is an external factor of occupational stress for grassroots public security police,including workflow design,performance appraisal and relevant regulations.Among them,the degree of perfection of work regulations and negative social opinion are important sources of occupational stress affecting the police.(3)Social opinion is an important source of occupational stress for grassroots public security police,including network supervision,network public opinion orientation and case compliance disclosure.Social opinion is part of the work content,and the increase in workload brought about by social opinion and the fermentation characteristics of network public opinion aggravate the occupational pressure of grass-roots police.(4)Personal and family factors,as another important intrinsic factor affecting grassroots professional civilian police,include personal stress resistance,skills training,job satisfaction and family safety and security.Among them,the deterioration of health condition due to work pressure is an important reason for aggravating occupational stress,and the differences in physical fitness among individuals and the imbalance between work and family will significantly affect the grassroots occupational stress of the police.Considering the above influencing factors and the results of the questionnaire analysis,this paper captures the pain points of occupational stress of grassroots public security police officers in a timely manner,with a view to establishing a healthy and good occupational stress relief system in all aspects,including social support,organizational environment,personal guidance and family understanding.By reducing the risk of occupational stress,promoting the healthy development of one’s career,and guaranteeing the positive feedback of payoffs,the study aims to indirectly promote the construction of the law enforcement team of grass-roots public security police officers and enhance their sense of professional honor,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the improvement of the work efficiency of grass-roots public security police officers and the ability of grass-roots organizations to carry out public governance. |
