At present,our country is in a new era of times change and social transformation.In order to adapt to the rapid economic development and the new normal of politics,the party and the government carry out all-round reform and transformation.This has accelerated the transformation of the basic level government's ideology,management and working methods,and also promoted the corresponding adjustment of the basic level civil servants' service concept,adaptability and working ability.This undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of grass-roots civil servants,and the burden is also increased.The grass-roots civil servants are located at the bottom of the administrative sequence of our country.They work in the front line of serving the people,which is an important link between the party and the government and the people.Therefore,the tasks delivered by the higher authorities,the tedious work of the unit and the people's affairs all belong to the scope of their work.These complicated jobs make the grass-roots civil servants have a lot of professional stress,which makes them tired physically and mentally.In addition,the grass-roots civil servants also need to face the complicated interpersonal relationship,fierce competition,a variety of examinations and trivial matters of family life,which will cause the grass-roots civil servants to have professional stress,which will not only affect their own physical and mental health and work efficiency,but also affect the public service quality of the grass-roots government,as well as the image of the party and the government To affect social stability.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the perception,sources,causes and solutions of the occupational stress of grass-roots civil servants.This study uses literature research,semi-structured interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to investigate 212 grass-roots civil servants in C County of Hunan Province.It investigates and studies their occupational stress perception and occupational stress sources.On this basis,it analyzes the causes and solutions of the occupational stress of grass-roots civil servants.The results show that the level of occupational stress perception of civil servants in C County is above the middle level,and there are significant differences between their gender,age,administrative level and working years.At the same time,the study found that there are six occupational stressors for the grass-roots civil servants in C County,Hunan Province.According to the degree of influence on the occupational stressors of the grass-roots civil servants in C County,Hunan Province,they are divided into family life,career prospects,work tasks,rolepositioning,work support and interpersonal stressors.In addition,the study confirmed that there are significant differences between the six occupational stressors and the age,administrative level and working years of grass-roots civil servants in C County,Hunan Province,while there are some significant differences with their gender,marital status and educational level.Based on the results of this study,this paper analyzes the causes of the professional stress of grass-roots civil servants from the three levels of society,organization and individual,and puts forward corresponding measures to resolve the social level of professional stress,organizational level of professional stress management programs and personal level of professional stress self adjustment path.
