| At present, the state strongly advocates reducing the burden on the grassroots. However, with the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, the planning and construction of Xiong’an New Area and other major national strategies, the work intensity and difficulty of grassroots civil servants have increased, and the occupational pressure they bear has increased day by day, which has seriously affected their work enthusiasm and led to a serious brain drain. Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the attention to the grass-roots civil servants, respond to and relieve the pressure in a timely manner, and adjust the working state to improve the management level of local governments and achieve high-quality development.Based on the research results of civil servants’ occupational stress at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the relevant factors that affect the occupational stress of grass-roots civil servants in Anci District,Langfang City,Hebei Province, and conducts research from three aspects: work field, system mechanism, family and interpersonal relationship.By using spss 25.0 software, descriptive analysis, cross analysis and mean value analysis were carried out on 500 questionnaires collected. It was pointed out that the occupational stress of grass-roots civil servants in this region has three characteristics: high overall level, complex and diverse influencing factors,long-term and continuity.Part of the conclusions of the current study on occupational stress were drawn: the proportion of the stressors from large to small is family and interpersonal, institutional mechanism and work field,More than 70% of the grass-roots civil servants aged 30 and above will feel great occupational pressure; The higher the educational level, the greater the perceived occupational stress; The higher the job level, the greater the occupational pressure; The occupational pressure of villages and towns and streets is generally higher than that of district and other units; The longer the working years, the greater the occupational pressure of grass-roots civil servants.Through the application of complementary value-added principle, dual factor theory, goal setting theory, individual environment matching and other related theories, combined with the analysis of the factors affecting occupational stress,it is analyzed that the sources of stress mainly come from three aspects: the increasingly prominent work contradictions, the imperfect system and mechanism, and the difficulty in balancing family and people. From the three perspectives of improving management level, improving system and mechanism and improving their own quality, this paper puts forward management countermeasures such as the integration of supervision and examination log record management, building a talent pool for exchange of cadres, and regular monitoring of occupational stress, which provide reference and reference for building a more energetic and combat effective civil service and improving the management level of local governments. |
