As an important force to remedy "government failure" and "market failure",community voluntary service has made a great contribution to promoting community governance and improving residents' quality of life.However,in recent years,a large number of transformed communities have emerged,and community governance is faced with complex problems.Community residents lack the sense of identity and belonging in the unfamiliar environment,and they cannot adapt to the new life in psychology and behavior.Therefore,it is particularly important to give play to the role of voluntary service in the governance of the transformed community.However,due to the cognitive and behavioral complexity of residents in the transformed communities,community voluntary service is faced with the problems of high volunteer mobility,low participation enthusiasm and low degree of sustainability,at the same time,also in order to achieve the goal of promoting the development of many village resettlement community,therefore an urgent need to strengthen the research on the incentives of voluntary service in transformed communities.This paper takes the project of "mixed transformation Community Governance: mobilization and organization of X community volunteers" in X community,Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou as an example,and analyzes the incentives of transformation community volunteer service by using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and action research.From the perspective of recognition,the paper investigates the basis for the establishment of community volunteer service incentives,and finds that there are various motives and needs of volunteers,which are respectively the demand for recognition of service input,the demand for recognition of community participation,the demand for recognition of social relationship and the demand for recognition of social value.At the same time,the paper analyzes the operation of community volunteer service incentives from four dimensions of service input recognition,community participation recognition,social relationship recognition and social value recognition,and summarizes the results of the incentives from three aspects: volunteer individual,volunteer team and community governance.This paper investigates the phenomenon of "failure" of incentives in individual volunteers and voluntary service,and holds that the "failure" is caused by the self-motivation of community voluntary service,the lack of external support and resources,and the neglect of individual differences of volunteers.Finally,based on the recognition theory of social work,this paper proposes targeted optimization countermeasures for the existing problems of community voluntary service incentives.First,optimize the community voluntary service incentives,namely,correctly locate the recognition of service input,strengthen the recognition of community participation,improve the recognition of social relations,and improve the recognition of social value.Second,to strengthen the external support of community volunteer service,that is,to strengthen the construction of legal system,strengthen the support of resources,and create a voluntary cultural environment;Third,to enhance the self-motivation of volunteers,namely,to strengthen the self-value motivation and self-promotion motivation.
