Young Volunteers Participate In Community Public Service Problems And Countermeasures Research

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.We should take serving the people as our tenet,never forget our original intention,and build a better and harmonious society.Optimizing community service environment,community service becomes an important way for our party to serve the people.Comrade Xi Jinping emphasized,to promote the innovation of community governance and build a new type of grass-roots social governance system full of vitality and efficiency,community must be the basic unit of social governance.Community governance concerns the vital interests of the masses,social harmony and stability.Social harmony and stability,the construction of a new grass-roots social governance system needs the linkage of all parties.We need to mobilize volunteers to actively participate in community service for continuous innovation.At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed that voluntary service should be carried out in an all-round and in-depth way with pecific deployment of institutionalized requirements.In the new era,new requirements and expectations of the CPC Central Committee for the development of voluntary service in accordance with China's national conditions.Young volunteers are the main force of voluntary service and a core concept of voluntary service.Young volunteers play an important role in community public service,embodying the style of contemporary youth fully.This is not only helpful for community work,but also more conducive to cultivating the sense of responsibility and correct outlook on life and values of the young people.The most important is to build a happy and harmonious community living environment with their participation and dedication.However,due to the short course of young volunteers participating in community public service and the lack of foreign advanced experience,a series of problems arise.Through literature review,summary and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and understands the current situation of young volunteers' participation in community public service in China.After mastering the relevant situation,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of young volunteers' participation in community public service.Suggestions and countermeasures corresponding to China's national conditions and current social development are put forward.On the one hand,it can promote more young people to pay attention to community public service and participate in community public service.On the other hand,it can provide reference ideas for the implementation of such major policies as comprehensively deepening reform,transformation of government functions,construction of civic morality and community governance.It is expected that this paper will be helpful to the theoretical and practical research of young volunteers participating in community public service.
