The traditional family pension centered on children is no longer suitable for the development of the society. Therefore, the community pension has been brought into being, and has aroused extensive attention. In recent years, the rapid development of information technology, Internet plus "from the technical level of public service especially brought the development of pension services opportunities. In 2017,the state issued documents aimed at promoting the development of key technologies and products for smart health care, as well as promoting the use of intelligent health care products in pension and medical institutions. Therefore, how to use the opportunities brought about by the "Internet +" concept, to create a new old-age pension service Internet plus, for a period of time will become the focus of academic and political future.This study through the thinking method of design using the service, starting from the needs of users, the use of the design theory and method system of the service constitute the"invisible" and "tangible" elements of the integrated design and development, provide a theoretical basis for the further research in the future. For the elderly in-depth interviews,observation, summed up its unique physiological and psychological needs, technology acceptance level and support their children's demands, the contradictions between the old people expect the community life and real state are explored, so as to analyze the design opportunities. Through the construction of user roles, the action of the target service in a day is described, and the life patterns of the elderly are comprehensively studied by drawing the user itinerary of the existing health management activities. Through the Raphael quality of life measure pattern classification analysis, made of quality of life scale, at the same time weighted method for further data analysis of the results, summarizes the main factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly in the community. Before the foundation of user research, through research and analysis and service design theory (user journey map, service blueprint, 5gap), the design of the elderly care service process, service content, service form.The value of intelligent pension system can not only meet the needs of the urban elderly for the independence and security of the family pension, while satisfying their needs in the psychological comfort, to achieve long-range emotional interaction, through the participation of the interactive system,, The old age of the highest pension goals, so that the elderly living in the community to achieve the desired state of old life.
