Based on the nature of different cases in the judicial field,the parties’ property is often confiscated and suspended and kept by the relevant institutions.During the process of trial,the involved property are often transferred along with the case among public security organs,people’s procuratorate and people’s court.The importance of the case-related property for the smooth of the trial procedure is self-evident.However,there exists many defects in the traditional management methods of the involved property,which is not conducive to the transference management of the property.In order to make the transference management of involved property standardized and intelligent,after data collection and literature analysis,this thesis proposes a scheme for identification and traceability of the cased-related property with a combination of RFID and blockchain technology.In this scheme,the involved property is labelled with the RFID tag to standardize the identity,and further to facilitate the online management.Furthermore,the blockchain network is used as the underlying structure of the system,and the relevant transfer information of the case-involved property is stored in the blockchain ledger in the form of transaction,which realizes the information sharing and guarantees the non-tampering and integrity of data at the same time.The specific work of this article is as follows:First,a new RFID identity authentication protocol is designed according to security requirements of the involved property.Considering the weak computing ability of passive tags,the protocol uses lightweight operations such as hashing,rotation,and XOR;in addition,the protocol design focuses on the issue of tag traceability and uses the challenge-response model to complete the mutual authentication between the tag and the reader.The protocol reaches the Weak privacy level and the Forward privacy level under the Vaudenay privacy model.It can also support forward security and backward security.Second,a scheme is designed for the transference management system of the caseinvolved property.This paper analyzes the limitations of each link in the transference process of property involved in the case,summarizes the security requirements and constructs system function modules.Then the scheme divides the system roles on the basis of these function modules.The system execution process is designed based on the function modules and system roles.The hierarchical system model and network architecture are designed based on Hyperledger Fabric platform.Finally,the system functions are implemented on the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain platform with a consortium blockchain network of 8 nodes and 3 organizations.The node identities are managed by cryptogen tool,based on which the access control is implemented.Also,the SDK-go is created so that users can interact with the blockchain network through the SDK to realize all the functions of the scheme.The RFID identity authentication protocol designed in this paper and the characteristics of blockchain such as non-tampering,non-forgery and decentralization can improve the security issue and efficiency issue of traditional case-related property management scheme.This work has a positive significance for the development trend of the combination of justice and science technology.
