Study On The Differences Between ANZUS And US-South Korea Alliances From The Perspective Of Alliance Management

As the country with the most allies in the world,the United States is an important pillar of its hegemony.With the rapid rise of China,the Australia-U.S.and U.S.-South Korea alliances have all been strengthened and developed at different levels.The Australia-U.S.and U.S.-South Korea alliances are both important components of the U.S.Asia-Pacific alliance system.There are essential differences in the nature of the two alliances.Therefore,the U.S.management of the two alliances is also different.There are no small differences in alliance status,alliance functions,strategic goals,and Cold War colors.Specifically,different levels of power coercion have resulted in differences in the status of Australia and South Korea in the US alliance system;differences in institutional constraints and authority guidance have caused differences in their functions;differences in interest coordination methods have led to their strategic goals And the Cold War colors are different.In recent years,the Australia-U.S.and U.S.-South Korea alliances have all had the functions of restraining and preventing China's rise to varying degrees,but have also fallen into the dilemma of strategic choices that depend on China economically and on the United States for security.In this regard,China should propose different countermeasures against the differences between the Australia-US and the US-Korea alliance on the basis of the rational use of Australia-Korea strategic choice dilemma.In terms of economy and trade,the strategy of cooperation and checks and balances will be implemented in Australia and the regional development strategy in South Korea.While cooperating with Australia to promote global and regional free trade,appropriate trade sanctions should be imposed on it at an appropriate time;seize the opportunity to enhance China and Korean's relations,vigorously promote the construction of the China-Japan-South Korea Free Trade Zone,and promote the development of Northeast Asia.In terms of security strategy,strategically appease and counter-attack against Australia to avoid the continued deterioration of China-Australia relations and stabilize the fundamentals of China-Australia relations;face South Korea's security needs and seize opportunities to enhance China-Korea strategic mutual trust,there by creating its own peaceful development A good surrounding environment.
