Under the influence of artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of vehicles,modern sensor and other technologies,vehicle transformation has become a data carrier,network node,and also has a new name "intelligent vehicle".Intelligent vehicle has become an inevitable trend in the development of automobile industry.When people enjoy the convenience brought by technology,the danger brought by it also rings a warning to the public.Under the automatic driving mode,traffic accidents happen frequently,and hackers attack vehicles and other issues are gradually concerned by everyone.At the same time,in practice,there is also a need to obtain evidence for the electronic data of intelligent vehicles.The value of the data carried and associated by intelligent vehicles in the case investigation is increasingly prominent.Intelligent vehicle forensics refers to the process that forensics personnel use technical means to check and analyze the vehicle driving and external environment data stored in the storage medium,and finally form evidence.Intelligent vehicle forensics has the characteristics of professionalism,complexity,external environment dependence and the necessity of technical assistance.At present,the lack of legal norms and technical standards of intelligent vehicle forensics leads to the fact that its data is often ignored in practice.On the one hand,we should strengthen the awareness of evidence collection,improve the system of inspection and assistance,standardize the system of transfer and display,and formulate the standards of inconsistent data,so as to break through the legal barriers.On the other hand,we should develop the technical standards,the standards of evidence collection process and the standards of evidence collection tool evaluation,so as to promote the technical specifications,and finally realize the intelligent vehicle Data can be used as evidence in justice.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of intelligent vehicle forensics.Firstly,this chapter introduces the meaning of intelligent vehicle and the development trend of its industry,which paves the way for the definition of intelligent vehicle forensics and the large demand for forensics,and then explains the value of intelligent vehicle forensics.The second part is the object,technology and characteristics of intelligent vehicle forensics.This chapter introduces the object of intelligent vehicle forensics,that is,the data source of forensics;the technical measures and methods that may be used in the process of intelligent vehicle forensics;summarizes the general process of intelligent vehicle forensics,and analyzes the characteristics of intelligent vehicle forensics.It shows the difficulties and challenges in the work of intelligent vehicle forensics.The third part is the current situation and problems of the legal regulation of intelligent vehicle forensics.This chapter compares the characteristics of intelligent vehicle forensics object,forensics technology,forensics process and forensics proposed in the previous part with the existing legal regulations and summarizes three main problems in the current legal regulations: the first is the lack of legal and institutional norms,the second is that the technical standards are not systematic and targeted,and the third is the lack of the existing practice of forensics.The fourth part is the suggestion of the legal regulation of intelligent vehicle forensics.This chapter,corresponding to the problems raised in the third part,puts forward solutions from two aspects of legal system norms and evidence collection standard norms.
