In recent years,China's intelligent network video surveillance industry has developed rapidly,and special video surveillance networks such as Safe City,Xueliang Project,and Public Security Tianwang have also been built on a large scale.Among them,the Jiangxi Provincial Political and Legal Committee and the Public Security Department plan to build a unified video security monitoring system across the province by deploying the "Provincial Video Surveillance Project(Tianwang)" to realize the demand for cross-regional image sharing among police types.Large video surveillance network.In the initial stage of the implementation of Ganzhou Tianwang business project,there were problems such as poor communication between departments,heavy workload of network equipment data configuration,long cycle,and cumbersome data maintenance.As a result,the progress of business opening is very unsatisfactory,the workload of personnel in all aspects is huge,and the work is stressful.The purpose of this thesis is to change the existing working methods and optimize the working process to ensure the normal operation of Tianwang business.Based on the actual work situation,this thesis analyzes the target process in detail,and firstly clarifies the design goal.In addition,the structure analysis and process design of the system are carried out from three aspects: organization structure,system function,and system workflow.At the same time,the feasibility of the entire project was verified from three perspectives: technical feasibility,economic feasibility,and operational feasibility.In terms of implementation,this thesis makes detailed explanations and discussions on how to implement system functions from three aspects: database,web page,and software program.In terms of database design,clarify the role and content of each data table in each process of the entire system,and ensure that the information between the data tables can be related to each other and unified.The design of the page implements two processes of business opening and business maintenance.The service activation page includes two pages of process initiation and process processing,and the maintenance page is designed with three pages of monitoring point information,ONU registration information,and IP online information according to the network hierarchical structure and maintenance interface.The software design combines the two aspects of network connection function and data analysis function,and establishes a three-tier software structure with telnet function,basic dialog function,and actual scene application function nested and referenced layer by layer.After the implementation of Ganzhou Tianwang's service Provisioning Scheme was implemented,three major pain points were solved,and the goals of rapid opening,simple operation and efficient maintenance were achieved.The single-point data provisioning time has been reduced from 30 minutes to 2-5 minutes.So far,the network data provisioning at more than 7,600 monitoring points has been completed,reducing labor costs.Key technologies have been promoted and applied in multiple provincial and municipal projects,and have won multiple awards.
