Analysis Of Operators' Big Data For Facing Combat And Preventing Communication Network Fraud

Since 2000,with the rapid development of China's communication technology and financial industry,especially the explosive development of mobile communication technology and intelligent terminal,fraud using false information through communication and financial means has spread rapidly.From high-cost international long distance maritime satellite phones,voice stations stealing calls through the operator's network,and simple fraudulent international settlement costs to faking leaders and other acquaintances for stealing money by converting into a new number of analog numbers;From the wide range of seducing fraud to exact fraud by using personal information.In the anti-communication network fraud,operators is one of the key channel link.This paper is based on the analysis of operators' big data,through the analysis of communication behavior,and propose specific communication behavior and block,playing the important role in curbing new communication network fraud.It is very close to people's livelihood and has important practical significance.This article is divided into six parts and analyze the communication network fraud using the operators' big data,contributing to effective combat and prevention.Firstly,this essay describes the trend and situation of current communication network fraud.Then,the concept of communication network signaling is described,and the types of signaling related to several major data collection are introduced.The concept of communication network fraud is introduced and the new-type fraud at this stage is studied.The characteristics of communication network fraud are illustrated from three aspects such as the SMS,telephone,and network.The analysis algorithm of the big data analysis of the operator is also introduced,using the random forest analysis model and combing with the characteristics of the communication network fraud for big data analysis.Then,through the analysis of the communication network behavior of SMS,telephone,network and so on,the paper puts forward a variety of big data association analysis,and gives the design standard of the big data analysis.Finally,linking to the actual production work,mining and design for specific operators against the field of anti-communications network fraud data is proposed and SMS,telephone,network,associated analysis and operation and maintenance as well as other specific details are designed.Main results achieved are listed in showing the 2016 operators closure,tracing according to the results of analysis and the results were satisfactory to all parties.And through the specific fraud case to describe the algorithm model to analyze and judge the corresponding correct results.Above all,keeping up with the development of new technology and new business is necessary for quickly responding to new communications network fraud under the new situation.
