A Study On The U.S. Cyberspace Security Strategy After 9/11

With the development of information technology,cyberspace has become the focus of attention of all countries,and the struggle for dominance of cyberspace has also become the focus of a new round of political game among great powers.As the country with the strongest comprehensive strength in the field of cyberspace,the U.S.relies increasingly on information network system.After the 9/11 event,the world.is faced with complex security issues in the field of cyberspace,which brings great challenges to the United States and is also a complex situation that all countries in the world need to face together.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the U.S.cyberspace security strategy and improve our relevant awareness.Based on the official data of three administrations and relevant papers and reports,this article systematically analyzes the U.S.cyberspace security strategy after the 9/11 event.The first chapter analyzes the basic connotation of the U.S.cyberspace security strategy,mainly from its concept definition,formation process and strategic hierarchy system.The second,third and fourth chapters of the article specifically sort out and elaborate the development process of cyberspace security strategy of the three administrations from George w.bush to Donald trump,so as to grasp the specific content of the U.S.cyberspace security strategy as a whole.The fifth chapter mainly evaluates the U.S.strategy in cyberspace,not only analyzing its transformation process and reasons,but also analyzing its basic advantages and existing problems and deficiencies.The conclusion predicts the future development trend of the U.S.cyberspace security strategy and puts forward some Suggestions on the future development and construction of China's cyberspace.A review of the development history of the U.S.cyberspace security strategy after 9/11 shows that some specific policies measures can provide enlightenment for China.In the future,in order to better develop China's cyberspace security strategy and deepen the cooperation between China and the U.S.in cyberspace.Firstly,we should enhance the status of cyberspace in the national security strategy.Secondly,we need to improve China's capacity building for cyberspace security.Thirdly,we should continue to promote technological innovation in cyberspace.Fourthly,we should further strengthen China's international cooperation with other countries.
