From the period of Trump's campaign to the present,“America First” has always been his core philosophy and values.He regards “America First” as the guiding principle of his own governance,and policies in various fields are also formulated and implemented around “America First”,or retreat,or expand.Trump regards the whole world as an arena,where international actor,especially t the country competes for power and interests.And he has a wonderful vision,that is,“Make America Great Again”.He believes that “America First” is the best solution to make the United States survive in such a world and regain its greatness.At the same time,the Trump Administration's “National Security Strategy of the United States of America” and “US National Cyber Strategy” have adopted an offensive posture,trying to restore or maintain the US's dominant position in various fields through economic,military,and network commands,to be the world “leader”,but this “leader” is not responsible.The article traces the historical value of “America First”,analyzes its realistic factors,and explores the essence of “America First” with real power and interests as tools.On the surface of “America First” and hegemonism,"contradictory" is essentially the same,and it is the hegemony of pursuing "limited liability.“America First” is not only reflected in the economic and military fields.The Trump administration's cybersecurity policy and strategy is shimmering in the shadow of “America First”,with the goal of maintaining America's dominance in cyberspace.This will inevitably bring more severe challenges to the security of global cyberspace.At the sovereign level,US cybersecurity takes precedence and damages the cyber sovereignty of other countries;the stability level,which intensifies existing cyber conflicts,may even lead to cyber warfare;at the governance level,“bilateral preference” hinders the countries in the world from addressing the common threats facing global cyberspace.Cooperation;security level,affecting the economy,military,etc.through the network.To this end,China must plan ahead,not only to unite,but also to persist in struggle,to enhance its "soft power" and "hard power" in both directions,actively participate in the construction of global cyberspace,and become a firm defender of global cyberspace security.
