China's cyberspace governance process is slow and theoretical deficiencies,Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping has been quick to grasp the historical opportunity of Internet development and put forward a series of important discussions on strengthening China's cyberspace governance,gradually opening up a new stage and new situation of China's cyberspace governance theory and practice.Important space governance network is discussed based on the international Internet governance field gradually expand and perfect,its main focus on global vision under the national development strategy and foreign concept,world conference on Internet issues,the domestic network security and information work,and other domestic business development direction of documents,conversation.These discussions are informative and rich in content and levels.By sorting,summarizing,summarizing and analyzing these discussions,they are of great reference value for understanding Xi Jinping's thought on governance and promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper consists of five chapters,mainly studying the basic guarantee is scientific and technological innovation,the core driving force is network security,and the development model enables comprehensive governance.The second chapter mainly explores the distinctive features of Xi Jinping's important discourse on cyberspace governance.One is characterized by scientific thinking methods,puts forward the integrated network space governance "chess",emphasize "vertical" governance structure,including international and domestic,realand virtual,online and offline,form and content "four pairs of" the three dimensional relationship between and enriched the connotation of comprehensively promoting the strategy of cyber power.Xi pointed out that the Internet has opened up "new areas of national governance" and "become the biggest variable of China's social development".Therefore,promoting cyberspace governance is of great significance to further optimize China's modern state governance structure and provide action guidance for the strategy of building a strong country through cyberspace.From the Angle of the communist party,Xi Jinping,as the national general secretary put forward new ideas in new claims has the lead on to manifest the authority of the party's ruling,long-term ruling party must have the Internet,so the network public opinion field reversed transmission influence,the leadership of the party put forward era.Guided by the awareness of problems,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the current situation of cyberspace governance.First,we must keep to the right direction and uphold
