Design And Implementation Of Floating Population Service Center Management Information System

The floating population management service center(FPM service center)is an institution that provides services and guarantees for the management of floating population.It can manage the services of the service center scientifically and it plays an important role in the sustainable development of the FPM service center.The management information system is a unified and automated information management platform for FMP service center.The MIS contain some important module: file management,attendance management,performance management and salary management.To help FPM service center to optimize the staff organization,improve the quality of staff,and finally optimize then resource allocation and management.Based on the regular business of FPM service center,the MIS modify and optimize some original business specially.On this basis,the technical architecture scheme of the system is designed,and the logical structure and implementation method of each functional module is designed in detail by using UML modeling language.Then,based on the system design and implementation scheme,Java EE technology is adopted to realize an information management platform of MVC framework on MyEclipse platform.The MIS contains some functional modules such as file management,training management,attendance management,performance management and salary management.The file management module provides basic information management,contract management,change information management and dimission management for the human resource manager.The training management module provides functions such as the preparation of training plan,examination and approval of training plan,implementation of training plan and training registration.The attendance management module provides functions such as the input of attendance data,setting of attendance rules and staff leave.The performance management module provides such functions as the definition of performance appraisal project,employee self-evaluation and assessment processing.The salary management module provides the function of salary management and salary statistics for the financial staff and make the financial work of service center reach informatization management.In the system test section,the function test and performance test of the system are discussed in detail with test cases,and the test results are given.Through the test,the system was verified to meet the expectation.MIS has standardized the staff information management and business management process of FPM service center,and plays a good role in promoting the staff's work behavior.At present,the system has been tested,and it achieved then expected effect and goal.
