Management Of Urban Floating Population Information

The reasonable population mobility and distribution are an important plan ofChina. After reform and opening-up, the economy increases very well. As a result,population mobility becomes great quickly and quickly. More and more peoplemigrate from village to city and from less developing region to developed region. Thepopulation mobility contributes to the social development and local economy of city,which boost urbanization. But the greater population mobility also results in problem,such as pressure of city management and development. In a word, the governmentshould pay more attention to do research of floating population, including how tomanage floating population under the policy of government; how to improve theeffects and ability of floating population management; and how to supply valuableand convenient public service for floating people.According to my research, the effect of floating population management dependson the ability of how the government use and manage the information resources offloating people. The classical way of information management is inefficient, whichresult in several people information troubles, such as using, conservation and sharing.It strongly blocks the ability of government to manage floating population. However,informatization will bring new notion to floating people management, which cansolve people information troubles well, and cause to the use people informationeffectively.There are seven parts of this thesis. In the beginning, it introduces thebackground, meaning and theory of informatization management of floatingpopulation, and includes literature review. Then, it will figure out the problems ofclassical way by researching informatization management of floating population.After analyzing these problems, it will conclude that the informatization can solvethese problems.This thesis research the intention of informatization management of floating population by analyzing technology and application. And this thesis use Kunming asa case study to do empirical study, in the same time, it also analyze the creative wayand experience of Dali. It improves the importance and necessity informatizationmanagement of floating population mobility. In the last, this thesis discusses theproblem informatization management of population mobility and proposes severaladvices.
