Anti-corruption risk prevention and control is an important measure for China's anti-corruption work in the new situation.It is also an important institutional innovation for the central government to strengthen the party's work style and clean government,improve the punishment and prevent corruption system.As an important part of state-owned enterprises,tobacco companies take "national interests first,consumer interests first" as the values of the industry.Through a series of measures,economic benefits and development quality have been gradually improved,and integrity and risk prevention and control construction have achieved great results.However,corruption within the system continues to occur,and the "safety" of the cadre's workforce is facing greater challenges.How to better prevent and control the risks of a clean government and prevent and curb corruption at its source requires careful and systematic research.This article takes the tobacco system of A province as an example,and uses questionnaire survey methods and interview methods to investigate the current work of the tobacco system of A province in the prevention and control of integrity risks,and summarizes the current situation of the tobacco system of A province's integrity control to sum up.Guided by risk management theory and internal control theory,from the perspectives of ideology,system,responsibility,supervision,and technology,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the tobacco system of province A in the integrity risk prevention and control work,that is,the philosophy of integrity risk prevention Insufficient recognition,system is still lacking,responsibility implementation is not yet in place,supervision cooperation has not been formed,and the degree of information prevention and control is not high.The reasons for these problems are mainly due to the following: the education mechanism for the prevention and control of integrity risks is not complete,the system is not perfect,the construction of the responsibility mechanism has not been fully established,the supervision mechanism is not reasonable,and the technical prevention and control Not enough ideas and inputs.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of corruption in the tobacco system,we must strengthen the construction of a clean government education mechanism,improve the control system,strengthen the implementation of the integrity control risk prevention and control responsibility,improve the integrity control risk supervision mechanism,and strengthen the role of science and technology in the integrity control risk control.Start with all aspects.
