Analysis Of The Influence Of Administrative Culture On Political Corruption And Recommended Countermeasures

Political corruption is a "cancer" of a country.It is a problem that all countries in the world,whether it is a socialist country or a capitalist country,are facing and urgently need to solve.To alleviate corruption,we must thoroughly understand and summarize the root causes of corruption.From the perspective of administrative culture,this paper explores the influence of administrative culture on political corruption,explores the current situation of administrative culture and current problems,and proposes targeted policy recommended countermeasures for corruption based on comprehensive absorption and reference of domestic and foreign research results.This paper uses questionnaires,comparative studies and other methods to first define the connotation and concept of administrative culture and political corruption.It analyzes the basic characteristics of C hinese administrative culture from the characteristics of traditional administrative culture and modern administrative culture,mainly in the traditional heavy form,ethics,exclusivity,official standard and modern self-discipline,rule of law and democracy,and analyze the types of political corruption from three different levels: micro,meso and macro.Corruption has different characteristics in terms of quantity,scope,and degree.O n this basis,it focuses on analyzing the current situation o f administrative culture's influence on political corruption,mainly analyzing the positive and negative effects,and focusing on the three aspects of the negative impact of administrative culture on political corruption,namely,the negative factors of traditional political culture,the market competition culture and economic centralism.The factors that influence the influence of administrative culture are historical factors,institutional factors and administrative factors.Finally,based on the influence of administrative culture on political corruption,through comparative study of domestic and foreign experience in dealing with corruption,it puts forward targeted anti-corruption policy recommendations: first,strengthen the education of official morality,eliminate the concept of official position,second,strengthen the construction of the rule of law culture,third,promote media integration and enhance the communication culture of a clean government,fourth,build an electronic government and promo te openness and supervision of government affairs.
