The New Social Class is an important symbol and force of China's social modernization and system transformation.With the transformation of China's economic system,the population of The New Social Class has been growing bigger and bigger constantly and playing an leading role in our economic society.The Internet has changed our way of communication,association and living in recent years.With the devolution of “Right of Speech”,the discussion area of public issues has been tend to the Internet.In order to realize their benefits,people can use not only official channels,but also the Internet to express their wills.As the targeted class of China's united front work in new era,clarifing the present situation of thier expressive features and the use of Internet can bring new inspiration for us to promote political democratization and deepen application of “Inertnet plus”.This paper combined quantitative research with qualitative research,Adopting the research methods including Questionnaire survey,In-depth interview and Case analysis to find out the features in channels,forms,attitudes and so on of The New Social Class,When they are expressing wills.At the same time,from the perspectives of subjective and objective,the analysis is based on the theories of “Media Power” and “Uses and Gratifications”to figure out the reasons why they use Internet to express their benefits.The Internet is a double-edged sword.On one hand,it helps government to collect all kinds of wills from citizens,On the other hand,it also leads trouble to guide the public opinion.Fortunately,the government has realized the important role,which Internet plays in China's united front work.It is no doubt that Internet can make positive affects during the benign interactive process between government and The New Social Class in the future.
