| The governance of local government public policy risk is a process in which public policy subjects use scientific means and methods in the process of public policy formulation and implementation,find out their existing risk factors,and take governance measures to avoid or reduce risks in order to ensure the smooth implementation of public policy.Strengthening the governance of local government public policy risk is an important means to improve local government public policy performance,save policy resources and effectively solve social problems.In our country,the research on public policy risk governance starts late,and mainly stays on the study of the single link of risk governance procedure.It has not formed a complete public policy risk governance system and framework.In order to strengthen the local government public policy risk governance,through literature research and case study,this paper comprehensively uses governance theory and risk management theory to analyze the current situation of local government public policy risk governance and try to construct the local government public policy risk governance framework.The chapter one defines the relevant concepts of local government governance and public policy risk,and introduces the professional theoretical knowledge used in the article to lay the theoretical foundation for the following;the chapter two analyzes the composition of local government public policy risk,summarizes the characteristics of public policy risk governance,and combs the relevant policies on public policy risk governance in order to understand the current governance situation of local government public policy risk in China;the chapter three analyzes the existing problems of local government public policy risk governance according to the specific cases of public policy governance;the chapter four,according to the local government public policy risk governance problems,summarizes the relevant literature and constructs the public policy risk governance framework of local government;the chapter five puts forward some suggestions for local government public policy risk governance according to the knowledge learned. |
