Only by winning the trust and trust of the public can the exercise of judicial power truly serve the people.The fourth plenary session of the 19 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)stressed the ultimate goal of the rule of law construction is to create a legal environment in which all people are equal.Only in this way can the authority of the judiciary be established.A man said: the law must be believed in,or it will be nothing.The work of the judiciary is to build a bridge of citizens' faith in the law,we should constantly improve judicial credibility,causes the society to our country judicature system's respect and the obedience,the purpose of judicial evaluation is to analyze and study the problems existing in the process of judicial operation in China,convenient for the right medicine,enhancing judicial credibility,safeguard judicial authority,we will improve the judicial system.Judicial evaluation establishes judicial evaluation index system according to the content of legal norms,adopt scientific evaluation method to obtain the data about the index system,analyze and sort out the data,find out which indicators are the problem indicators through the conclusion,it also reflects what problems exist in the process of judicial operation in order to improve.This paper consists of four parts,the content of the first part is the content of the introduction part of the article,mainly from several aspects: what is the purpose of the study of judicial evaluation,what is the significance of the study of judicial evaluation,judicial evaluation in our country at the present stage of the research situation in foreign countries now,and research methods research ideas and innovations.The second part is the overview of judicial evaluation.The main content is to introduce the basic connotation of judicial evaluation and the practice of judicial evaluation at home and abroad from the method of judicial evaluation.The third part introduces the present situation and problems of judicial evaluation in China.At the present stage,the judicial evaluation in China has the problem of unclearpositioning,some judicial organs regard judicial evaluation results and rankings as too important,to lie about the data,results in an evaluation that is not true,it changes eventually the pursuit of judicial evaluation to find and solve problems and improve judicial credibility,in the process of evaluation,the evaluation subject is affected by some factors and cannot evaluate with a neutral attitude,the authenticity of the assessment results cannot be guaranteed,the standards on which the index system is based are also not uniform,horizontal comparison is not possible,it is not conducive to the development of the judicial system.The fourth part is the Suggestions to solve the problem.To our country judicatory appraisal carries on the clear localization,promote the diversification of assessment subjects,get more participants involved,make the sample data more comprehensive and more real,reasonable allocation of index weight,we will focus on establishing effective monitoring of institutional operations,let the evaluation result reflect the real situation of judicial operation.
