Study On The Optimization Of Objective Assessment Scheme For Functional Departments In Z County

The goal management of government work is to set goals,establish management assessment system,evaluate and assess the implementation of the work,and encourage and guide the management behavior of government departments and public servants.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the comprehensive evaluation of the work of the Z county government,analyze the existing short board and problems,and optimize the evaluation system to make the evaluation system and its indexes set scientific.This article first analyzes the assessment status of the functional departments of Z County,points out some existing problems and causes,and then finds out the perfect methods and ways to solve the problems: on the one hand,the evaluation indexes of the functional departments are updated and adjusted,and the assessment system has been perfected.On the other hand,in order to solve the weight scientific problem of the assessment target,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is introduced,the concept of weight is introduced to each evaluation content,and the different importance of each evaluation content is reflected by the mathematical method.Finally,the new assessment target system is used and the analytic hierarchy process is used to carry out the assessment target.Weight assignment,combined with the actual use of examples to demonstrate the use of the new assessment system,indicating that its assessment results are more effective than the old assessment methods.The introduction of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method avoids the limitation of the content of each assessment through simple experience standard,and gives full play to the incentive and guiding role of comprehensive evaluation.It is more conducive to improving the working enthusiasm of the government functional departments,conscientiously implement every government task and promote the development of Z county economy and society better and faster.
