With the deepening of judicial reform,local courts have improved the performance evaluation system of post judges,and made great progress,but there are still some problems,especially compared with the evaluation system of foreign advanced countries,there is still a certain distance,so it is very necessary to study the performance evaluation system of member judges in depth,this paper studies on this And take the people's Court of Haibowan District of Wuhai City as an example to make a specific analysis.According to the general requirements of laws,regulations and relevant guidance documents,this paper combines the theoretical research of scientists on the evaluation system of judges' work and the effective improvement measures taken by other courts to evaluate judges' work.Starting from the reform of the system,we should have a comprehensive understanding of the work direction of judges.Combined with the actual situation of the judge evaluation work in Haibowan District of Wuhai City,this paper analyzes the judge evaluation system in Haibowan District of Wuhai City,and analyzes the work of the judge in Haibowan District of Wuhai City according to the experience of the judge evaluation in Haibowan District of Wuhai City.Haibowan District of Wuhai City provides relatively scientific and perfect measures to evaluate the imperfect location of court work,so as to establish Haibowan District Court of Wuhai City or other grass-roots courts.First of all,this paper discusses the related concepts of judge performance appraisal and explores the application of judge performance appraisal system in representative provinces and cities in China,which provides a background for the research of this paper;specifically introduces the current situation of the construction of judge performance appraisal system in Haibowan District of Wuhai City;analyzes the problems existing in the operation of judge performance appraisal system in Haibowan District of Wuhai City This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current assessment system in Haibowan District of Wuhai City in terms of the administration of the evaluation subject,the lack of responsibility,the lack of accurate and scientific evaluation indicators,the single evaluation method and the inadequate use of the evaluation results.On the basis of absorbing the effective experience of the performance assessment of the judges of other courts and the relevant research of scholars,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current assessment system in Haibowan District of Wuhai City Based on the performance assessment experience of the judges of Haibowan District of Wuhai City In order to ensure the justice and efficiency of the trial,to promote the rational allocation of trial resources,to standardize the behavior of judges,to establish a reasonable benchmark value of indicators,to add a reasonable range of standard indicators,to clarify the boundary between departmental indicators and individual indicators,to give full play to the leading role of judge performance evaluation,to give full play to the incentive role of judge performance evaluation,and to give full play to the judge industry The disciplinary function of performance evaluation is to improve the performance evaluation system of judges,so as to provide reference for other grass-roots courts to make the formulation,implementation and application process of the system more scientific and reasonable.
