Research On Social Integration Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Female Community Correction Personnel From The Perspective Of Social Support Network

Longwan community correction from pilot to now has more than ten years of time,all the work of community correction perfect gradually,gradually realize the importance of social work for the daily work of community correction,but because of a shortage of professionals,the practice has failed to achieve the desired effect,theory to guide practice,as a result,this paper takes women community correction workers as the research object,mainly studies the present situation of the social support networks,reconstruction and improve social support network is what kind of difficulty,what are the causes of trouble,to which the judgment,perfect female staff of community correction social integration strategy,is the problem consciousness in this paper.Based on the female staff of community correction social integration,for the purpose of the methodology of the social support network,through literature review and field investigation,the author will women's predicament and its cause of social support of community correction workers as the research target of this article,and with the aid of the specific data and actual work experience,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative way to carry out the research.The main reasons for the difficulty of social integration of female community correction personnel are the subjective factors such as unsatisfied emotional needs,low self-esteem,strong sense of guilt,etc.The system of community correctional social workers is not perfect,the implementation of the system is not complete,the implementation of the relevant correctional social work system is difficult,the social policy is not comprehensive and other objective factors.Using the methodology of social support network to promote the social integration degree of female community correction personnel,it is necessary to establish a set of comprehensive concepts that take into account factors such as self,community and system,strengthen the repair of social support network of female community correction personnel,and make them integrate into the society smoothly.
