Research On The Construction Of Social Security Prevention And Control System In Tianhe District Of Guangzhou Under The Background Of "smart New Police"

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the following proposition: "we will modernize China's governance system and capacity,and comprehensively improve social governance by making it more socialized,law-based,intelligent and professional." At the beginning of 2018,the Ministry of Public Security proposed the strategic deployment requirements of "building data police and building smart police".The "smart new police" is the strategic conception of Guangdong public security department in response to the Ministry of Public Security's proposal of "building data police and building smart police" in 2018.Public security prevention and control system is under the leadership of the party committee and the government,the public security organs mobilize and integrate the strength and resources of all aspects of society,make full use of modern scientific and technological means,fully implement public security prevention and control measures,build a social network to prevent illegal and criminal activities,and achieve comprehensive control of public security.This paper expounds the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and contents,and research methods of the subject,and introduces relevant concepts and theories to lay a foundation for the writing.At the same time,the paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the construction of social security prevention and control system in Tianhe district of Guangzhou.Based on the experience of Japan,Singapore and Beijing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the construction of social security prevention and control system in Tianhe district.
