management better.Based on the survey of population outflow from Baihu Town in the past 20 years,it is found that the outflow population is on the rise;The largest number of outflows from 25 to 35 years of age of the outgoing population;The male population in the gender composition of the outflow population is significantly larger than that of the female population;The number of outflows to North Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang is the largest in terms of the composition of outflows.By means of interviews,questionnaires,literature and so on,the reasons for the large outflow of population in Baihu Town are mainly caused by the double factors of internal economic structure and economic development of external countries.That is,the large agricultural towns can not meet the needs of a large number of surplus labor force and the promotion of the national towns has led to the emergence of a large number of jobs in the city.In the face of work requirements under the new situation,Baihu Town is also making continuous efforts to improve the outflow management,such as setting up a family planning association in the field to serve the local outflow population;follow up theoutflow population dynamics and update the information in a timely manner;To improve the efficiency of handling documents for outflow of population and improve the quality of service for outflow of population.With the continuous development of urbanization in China,there are many problems in the process of population outflow management in Baihu Town,such as the excessive outflow population,and the inability of
