Research On Bengbu Public Emergency Management

In recent years,public emergencies have shown stronger occurrence,diversification of event types,and continuous improvement of damage intensity and scope of similar or similar events.Every year,more than 200,000 people die and more than 2 million are injured or disabled due to natural disasters,accidents,public health and social security emergencies.The annual economic loss is nearly 900 billion yuan,far higher than that of medium-developed countries in the same period.At the same time,China's public emergency management has made great achievements and great progress,constantly optimized in the benign interaction between practice and theory,based on the summary of domestic and foreign experience,based on the current situation and characteristics of domestic public emergency management,respect the objective law,grasp the pulse of The Times.But the results have been obtained at the same time,our country's public emergency management still exist many problems and loopholes,such as nongovernmental organizations(ngos)in the absence of emergency system,government policy makers and the public crisis consciousness is weak,the imperfection of the emergency management process cannot effectively solve practical problems,inadequate public emergency resources imbalance.This paper clarifies the concept and relationship between public emergencies and emergency management.Under the guidance of relevant theories,and in combination with the current situation of emergency management of public emergencies at home and abroad,it reflects on the current situation,further clarifies existing problems and finds potential problems,and lays a solid foundation for relevant Suggestions.Taking bengbu city as an example,this paper briefly introduces the current situation of bengbu city's emergency management of public emergencies,explores the problems and defects of bengbu city's emergency management of public emergencies,and finally gives specific measures to provide reference for the public policy making departments to further improve the policy.
