Post System Reform is one of the important basic systems to promote the normalization,specialization and professionalism of ranks of judges and the premise of judicial responsibility system implementation as well.It is of great significance to govern the country according to the rule of law as a fundamental principle.Since March 2014,when the central government launched four pilot projects to reform the judicial system,all pilot areas have been able to put the post system reform into practice without fear of resistance and "hitting hard".However,at the same time,due to the imperfect relevant national system,different operatingmethods,different evaluation management and different treatment in different regions,the post system reform has not effectively worked.As a result,it tends to the loss of.judges and affects the normal work.This paper focuses on developed regions,and takes T district court in G as the specific research object.We can understand the basic situation of personnel changes in T district court by learning about relevant personnel data from the personnel management department of T district courtand visiting judgessince the implement of the post system reform.The impact of the reform of the post system on the workload,pay and working environment of judges has been analyzed.On this basis,the problems existing in the process of the system reform are analyzed,and the influence of the reform on the career choices of judges and the opinions of judges are understood.On this basis,the possible problems in the reform of the post system are analyzed.This study found that the salaries of judges in developed regions are relatively less competitive than those of enterprises or lawyers.The reform of the post system further increases the income of the staff judges,but it is still not in proportion with the workload.In addition,due to the limitation of posts,some judges failed to be admitted and their income was reduced,which led to a change in the thinking of many judges,who wanted to leave the ranks of judges,resulting in a serious loss of judges at the grassroots level.Post system reform is an important part of judicial system refonn.However,if the reform is not divided into specific casesand done with one-side-fits-all approach,it may affect the enthusiasm of judges and result in the lost of talent.Only by adhering to reform orientation,grasping the essence of reform,strengthening the supporting policies and truly starting from promoting judge management system and improving work efficiency,can the reform be successful.Based on this,this paper proposes to further improve the safeguard system,reasonable allocation and perfect compensation system of judges.Only in this way can the post system reform be successfully promoted.
