Research On The Government Function In The Inheritance Of The Military Industrial Culture

1931,Guantian arsenal of the Red Army was established in Xingguo,Jiangxi province,the central revolutionary bases,which is not only the beginning of people's military industry under the leadership of the CPC,but also the origin of Science and Technology Industry of China's National Defense.In retrospect of the history in military industry culture,this paper defines the inheritance system of the military industry cultural value;identifies its inner characteristics and outer category in different stage;demonstrates the advanced era-characterized culture with the progress of people's military industry led by the CPC.The achievement of material and spiritual civilization are based on the spirit of “two bombs and one satellite”,manned spaceflight and military industry,which reflects the national and epochal spirit of patriotism and reform and innovation,promoting the reform and development of Science and Technology Industry of National Defense.In great prosperity in the current cultural development with the construction to a socialist law-oriented country,by the government policy and funding,the project protection of Guantian central arsenal site was launched,which manifests the core value of military industry cultural heritage--"national interest above all";sets up the ethical standard of military serving to the country;and continuously discovers and refines spiritual cultural wealth that conforms with the new era.The advanced military industry culture should be widely spread to the whole society,and its spirit should be inherited by generations to encourage Chinese people to support,care for and devote to the military industry.
