| In the environment of global aging in China is in a period of rapid growth of aging,how to deal with aging has become a worldwide topic.China in the development of the pension industry is still in the initial stage,the advanced experience of learning more should first practice of countries and regions.US CCRC model as the " aging in place " This best practice advanced pension concept,has its special support US financial system,social security system.China has introduced the United States CCRC model pension estate projects landing,but the success of the different sectors of the community awareness.As the era of great change in China's real estate properties for future pension choice needs more housing prices in China's main direction of a lot of practice and learning in the new format.This paper takes some Beijing CCRC model of pension real estate project as an example,and be carried out after multi direction analysis.Compare with the development experience from US CCRC model,after deep studying and practicing,and combined with other domestic landing in the CCRC project analysis,to find the similarities and differences between the US and domestic CCRC projects.Then it will discuss the improvement and localization of Chinese pension products under US CCRC model with practice. |
