Study On The Transformation Of Local Governmentfunctions Under The Goal Of Sharing Economy Development

With the advent of the era of sharing economy,the pace of change of science and technology and information is increasing rapidly.Various new business forms are emerging in endlessly,and the market environment is becoming increasingly complex.The economic environment in the era of sharing economy is not only an opportunity for local governments to develop,but also may bring new problems and burdens.How local governments seize the opportunity of economic transformation and develop the local sharing economy is an important task of The Times.The purpose of this paper is to explore how the local government through the transformation of government functions to achieve a balanced cooperation model with the market,promote the development of new formats and promote economic transformation and upgrading.Based on this,this paper with the examples of fuzhou sharing cars development using literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey methods,in examining the government of Shared economy development,based on the basic concept and theoretical basis based on the reality of fuzhou local,visited several Shared economic automobile service co.,LTD.,collect the relevant data,combine theory analysis and practice analysis,to explore the functional change of local government in the development of Shared economic problems,the path to find the change of government function.This paper proposes that the government should act as the creator,leader and regulator in different periods and different aspects in the development process of the sharing economy,actively deploy and implement dynamic action strategies to achieve the development goal of the sharing economy,improve the concept of government management,improve the government efficiency,and innovate the way of government supervision.This paper aims to realize the dynamic balance between local government and market under the new economic environment,and tries to provide a reference for local governments to transform their functions,so as to promote the high-quality development of sharing economy.
