Research On Engels' Sharing View In His Old Age

As we all know,sharing its essence is a people-centred concept of development,and this concrete manifestation is the basic condition for the gradual completion of common prosperity,which is not only a fundamental policy of Marxism,but also a fundamental ideology of Marxism,as well as a fundamental aspiration of the Chinese people for a better life.In 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping,on behalf of the Communist Party of China(CPC),elaborated the concept of shared development for the first time to the world,and two years later,the Party's Nineteenth Congress in 2017 once again explained in depth the importance of steadfastly practicing the concept of shared development,and last year,at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth CPC Central Committee in 2019,the Party formally stated its insistence on perfecting the social governance system of shared development and requiring it to be rooted in every corner of China's social development in the new period,fully demonstrating that a social development governance system with sharing as the basic idea has been formed.The idea of shared development is rooted in the derivative development of Engels' late classical discourse on shared thought,and Engels' shared view is based on the new change of capitalism from competition to monopoly,the academic crystallization of the idea of the construction of real social situations.In his later years,based on the critique and transcendence of the three major theoretical sources on sharing,Engels reflected on the internal structure of the new politics,economy and culture of capitalist countries,followed the basic principles of the sharing concept,rethought the development of social construction,and proposed a new assertion on the sharing concept,thus perfecting the sharing concept.From the point of view of the expression of values,the sharing of results is encouraged in order to achieve freedom;from the point of view of the realization of shared security,the division of the means of production into public ownership is guaranteed only on the basis of the dictatorship of the proletariat,and only with the strong leadership of the communist parties can this be achieved;from the point of view of scientific principles,the sharing is the visible measure of the realization of the concept of justice and equity.It is for this reason that Engels' s later discourse on sharing was more scientific and more systematic and theoretical.From the perspective of China in the new era,Engels' concept of sharing in his later years laid the foundation for the concept of shared development,and is also the theoretical basis for guidingthe construction of socialism in China in the new era,providing a steady stream of scientific practices to guide the resolution of the major contradictions in Chinese society in the current period of deepening reform,measuring the criteria for winning a well-off society,promoting the modernization of national governance and guiding the community of destiny.
