Study On The Problem Of The Old-age Problem In The Process Of Urbanization

With the continuous development of economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,the old-age care problem in rural areas has gradually evolved into a severe social problem.The relatively perfect old-age care services in urban areas are in sharp contrast to the backward rural areas.How to realize the happiness of elderly people in rural areas in their later years has become an important issue to be solved urgently.The process of urbanization has been further accelerated,and a large number of young and middle-aged rural labor force has flooded into cities from the countryside,and the demand for old-age care in rural areas is rapidly increasing.Old-age care for the elderly is not only a private affair in the past,but also a social public affair,especially for the elderly in rural areas.It is an important measure to protect the rights and interests of the elderly in rural areas to properly solve the problem of rural old-age care.It has important theoretical and practical significance to the construction of socialist harmonious society.The purpose of this study is to fully understand the urbanization as young adults,in the concrete facing rural empty-nesters pension difficult problem,through the literature data and field investigation,and combining the summary about the present situation of the rural elderly pension,this paper analyzes the reason of the rural elderly endowment difficult,finally put forward concrete measures and Suggestions.Apart from the introduction,this paper can be divided into four parts:The first part mainly expounds the philosophical basis to solve the pension problem.This paper discusses the theory of mass historical view,the theory of all-round development of human beings and the theory of urbanization.The marxist view on the history of the masses takes the survival and development of human beings as the fundamental starting point,and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the masses is the end-result of the view on the history of the masses.Marx's theory of all-round human development is one of the basic principles of marxism,which is the theoretical support for analyzing and solving the old-age care problem in rural areas by focusing on the survival and development of realistic people.The theory of urbanization is the theoretical support for the problem of pension difficulties of empty-nesters caused by the outward migration of rural labor force in the process ofurbanization.The second part mainly discusses the current situation of old-age care in rural areas of western hebei province and the problems in the process of old-age care.With the aging of population in China,the society is facing more and more pressure,especially in rural areas with backward economic development.The problem of pension difficulty in rural areas is not only the lack of material conditions,but also the lack of spiritual pension and the obstacles of backward pension ideas in rural areas.In addition,we should also pay attention to the decline of rural filial piety culture on the elderly pension.According to the investigation and research,this paper divides the current situation of old-age care for the elderly in rural areas in western hebei into four categories,including the current situation of economic support,the current situation of spiritual life,the current situation of living care and the current intention of old-age care for the elderly.The existence of the problem of rural endowment difficulty is not conducive to the harmonious development of the society.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the rural pension difficulties by using the literature research and empirical research.The micro-reasons are the slow development of socialized old-age care in rural areas,the imperfect infrastructure of old-age care,and the lack of filial feedback.The macro reasons are the rapid progress of urbanization,the large gap between urban and rural pension,and the backward rural economic development.In each of the big reasons and then explain more detailed reasons,so that people can have a specific understanding of the formation of rural pension problem.In the fourth part,this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures according to the formation of the cause.Aimed at young adults outflow put forward to build a new socialist countryside,increase subsidies for rural populations entrepreneurial innovation,through the establishment of ecological livable new rural living environment in order to improve the current situation of rural labor outflow in young adults,with rural revitalization strategy,cancel the people to the social background color glasses really make them willing to stay in rural development,which is beneficial to relieve the contradictions of family endowment.On the issue of the rural old-age facilities not perfect,this paper not only puts forward to perfect JiXi region rural infrastructure for advice,such as nursing homes,nursing homes,etc.,alsoput forward to establish the rural elderly people of cultural and recreational facilities,this has improved the living environment of the rural elderly,have positive effect on their physical and mental development,greatly enriched the spiritual life for them.Finally,this paper actively propagandisses the correct concept of old-age care and filial piety culture,so that generation after generation of people can consciously choose the right way to provide for the aged in the overall environment,and reduce the difficulty of providing for the aged in rural areas.
