A Study On The Practice Of "Half Moon And Half Heart Method" In Youth Drug Control Social Work

With the deepening of globalization,the problem of drug abuse among young people has spread all over the world,which has become a serious social problem and received universal attention.The European Union Office for drug control survey shows that over the past three years,the number of young people abusing various illegal drugs has been increasing.In 2017,the number of drug users has increased by50 million.China has no exception.The terrible fact behind the growing scale of young drug users is that China has gradually evolved from a "victim area" of illegal drugs transit ten years ago to a "consumption area" of illegal drugs transit breeding.In order to help drug addicts recover from drug addiction and intervene in such a special group in drug control social work,a variety of drug control treatment institutions have sprung up based on their willingness and willingness,and multi-level and three-dimensional drug control social work practices and new drug treatment concepts are changing with each passing day.However,in the forefront of reform and opening up in Shenzhen window,how to effectively learn from the professional measures of drug control work at home and abroad,rely on the local reality to build a "great change" period to highlight the new mode of drug control social work practice with local characteristics,and then lead the new direction of drug control social work for young people,has not received enough attention from the theoretical and practical circles of drug control social work.In order to systematically summarize and refine the effective practical mode of drug control social work for teenagers in Shenzhen,based on the theoretical basis and practical concept of "half moon method",and based on the experience of one hundred days of drug control practice in s community of Shenzhen,the author analyzes the operation process and practical effect of the project of "spring wind linked seedling cultivation" under the guidance of "half moon method".This project will introduce general secretary Xi Jinping's guiding ideology of "moving ahead and prevention first" and introducing Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory into the current youth antidrug social work practice.By combing the three environmental problems and the impact of the youth family,school and social support network,we should focus on the problems of drug abuse and drug addiction,and carry out special drug safety protection.The purpose of education is to improve the professional drug control knowledge level of teachers,improve the practical ability of community and school drug control social workers,increase the drug control safety awareness and drug control knowledge of young children and their parents,promote the linkage of "home school society",strengthen the construction of drug control education network for young children,and create a safe and healthy growth environment for young children.The successful implementation of the drug control practice of "moon heart Half method" has positive significance and guiding value for exploring the drug control problems of teenagers from the perspective of social work,effectively preventing teenagers from drug abuse,constructing the intervention mode and development path of China's drug control social work in the new era,and improving the practical effect of drug control social work level.
