Research On Family Assistance In Community Difficulties From The Perspective Of Social Work

Social assistance,as an important part of social security work,plays an important role in helping the poor,reducing social conflicts,promoting social equity and maintaining social stability,while social work and social assistance are in service targets,service areas and service methods The other aspects are highly coincident.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also indicated that the role of social work in social assistance should be brought into play.The intervention of social work is of great significance to solve the problems of urban communities and families.In this process,how social work helps clients solve problems,get rid of difficulties,and achieve sustainable development is the focus of this study.In this study,the “People are on the warm road” dilemma family rescue service project is carried out on the premise of the government purchase,L social work organization in the B street of Hefei City.This study combed the entire project through literature research methods,participatory observation methods and semi-structured interview methods,and explained the project's early stage docking and human resources work,the project's mid-term household survey,needs assessment,planning,social work intervention,and Evaluation work at the later stage of the project.In-depth analysis of the specific operation process of the project,in-depth consideration of the advantages and challenges of the entire project from two aspects of management and service,and through the six levels of government,social work institutions,social forces,community social organizations,social workers and service targets The path of optimizing social work intervention in social assistance projects is proposed.This is a profound practice of social work intervention in social assistance projects,which has far-reaching significance for the development of social work and social assistance in Hefei City,and also provides reliable experience for social work participation in social assistance projects.
