A Study On The Precise Assistance Of Case Social Work In Urban Disabled Families

As soon as the slogan "Building a well-off society in an all-round way,no one can be less than the disabled" was put forward,it has become the focus of wide attention from all walks of life since the Nineteenth National Congress.China has a large population,and the number of disabled people also accounts for a considerable part of the population.The occurrence of disability incidents in many families has led to a sharp decline in living standards.Under the influence of our traditional ideas,family care and support are the main dependence of disabled people in their lives,but we should also note that the attention and support of the society for disabled families are still relatively lacking,and can play a smaller role,so it is difficult to give substantive help to disabled families.With the progress and development of society,especially the development of urbanization,the relationship between neighbors has been weakened,which has weakened the social support of families with disabilities.For a long time,the social support situation of disabled families is not optimistic,which makes the living conditions of disabled people have not been improved,even worse and worse.Although our government has issued a series of policies for the protection of the disabled,the contents of these policies are relatively broad and can not effectively solve practical problems.Most of the social services for the disabled are scattered and lack of professionalism,which makes the research on social support network of disabled families superficial.Many disabled families do not enjoy the benefits of social support.Therefore,in the future,it is of great significance to construct and improve the social support network for the disabled families with difficulties,which is also the core of this paper.The research object of this paper is the disabled families in a community in Beijing.Through observation and interviews,and combing the relevant information,the practical exploration of case work involving disabled families in the city is carried out.The theoretical basis of this practical exploration is the theory of social support.Through detailed records of social workers' case services,starting from personal,family and social environment,starting from the practical problems facing disabled families,enriching the ways of helping disabled families,trying to build a perfect social support network for them,so that social workers can "help themselves".The goal was achieved.The author hopes that through his own research,we can deeply understand and explore the mode of social support network in the case work of disabled people,improve the ways and methods of helping disabled people,so as to better provide services for disabled families with difficulties,and summarize useful experience,so that disabled groups can get more and better help from society and improve their living standards.
