Research On Optimization Of Wechat Information Dissemination Of Xilinhot Government Affairs

In recent years,China's informatization construction has been continuously improved and developed,and government information dissemination has gradually moved towards multiple channels of communication.Accurately relying on platform features is an important measure for effective information transmission,which has brought new thought to develop and give positioning of government affairs WeChat.At the present current stage,the development of government WeChat needs self-improvement,In the content of information selection,interactive communication,and other aspects need to be further optimized and improved.As the basic unit of government social governance,grass-roots government services are inextricably linked to the people's production and life.Therefore,the development of WeChat at the grass-roots level is great significance to local social governance.In this study,by analyzing the information sample of government affairs WeChat in xilinhot and combining with the government affairs WeChat propagation effect indexs,to discovering the influence factors.At the same time,by analyzing the development fundamentals of Xilinhot's municipal affairs WeChat,designing and distributing Xilinhot's municipal affairs WeChat survey questionnaire to know the needs of the audience,analyze the survey results by SPSS statistical software.The research results shows that vauge positioning of functions,homogeneous information content,imperfect service functions,and lack of interaction mechanisms are common problems in Xilinhot's WeChat public account.The insufficient attention of the government affairs department,the marginalization of government affairs WeChat construction,the low professionalization of government affairs WeChat operators,and the need to improve the government affairs WeChat management mechanism are the main reasons for this situation.In order to promote the further optimization and development of government WeChat,this article puts forward the development path and suggestions from multiple aspects such as content construction,platform construction,and interactive mechanism.It should be noted that,as a media tool,government affairs WeChat is valued for use and benefit.Government affairs WeChat should consider its starting point for construction,seek its development orientation,study the language of government affairs information,and improve the people and government departments.Communication and trust,establish an interactive communication mechanism,and deepen the function of aggregating government WeChat services.Seek development from two aspects of information dissemination and government service,provide platform services for the public's reasonable and orderly political participation,and form a new governance model of technological governance.
