A Study On The Development Of Party Members In The Party Construction Of Non-Public Economic Organizations

Since the reform and opening up,the non-public sector of the economy has been developing vigorously under the guidance of guidelines and policies from the Communist Party of China(CPC).The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC clearly stated that it is necessary to focus on developing party members in non-public economic organizations.It is required to firmly grasp the position of non-public economic organizations.That is conducive to implement the spirit of the19 th national congress of the CPC,uphold and strengthen the party's overall leadership,and promote the party's building in the new era.Doing a good job in the development of party members is an important aspect of the party construction of non-public economic.First of all,there is arranging the policies and regulations which is previous or existing in chronological order and in three aspects that include non-public sector of the economy development,party building of non-public economy and development of party member.On the basis of comprehensive and accurate understanding,the evolution of these policies would be taken as a reference for the value logic comparison of various situations that occur during the subsequent actual operation.On the one hand,this paper discusses the dialectical relationship between the party construction of non-public economic and the development of party members.Attaching importance to the role of the development of party members would contribute to party building work of non-public economy.Implementing the development of party members can promote the optimization of whole party building work in the non-public economy,so that the overall function can be maximized.On the other hand,this paper demonstrates the significance of developing party member in the party building of non-public economy.It can not only adapt and improve the governing environment,but also consolidate and expand the governing foundation.It can not only amplify and enrich the governing resources,but also explore and advance the governing mechanism.Taking W town in Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation about the development of party members in the non-public economic party building through literature research,field research and interviews.It is found that good achievements have been achieved in the framework,environment and guarantee of the party members development.However,there are still some problems.Such as insufficient ideological understanding,non-standard practice of party affairs,inadequate guarantee,disconnection of development education and so on.Based on these issues,this article puts forward some suggestions from four aspects.It is supposed to standardize the development of party members firstly,to enhance the understanding of ideological and political secondly,to improve the mechanism of guarantee and operation thirdly,and to to optimize the system of training and assessment finally.
