Research On Rural General Grid Mangement From The Perspective Of Participatory Governance

Grid management is an important part of social governance innovation.Grid management began in the city,and now has gradually extended to the countryside.Under the background of actively exploring new rural governance modes,Yongjia county innovates and develops the general grid management mode in accordance with the requirements of building a "one network" of provincial grassroots social governance.As a township office,community P manages 12 administrative villages within its jurisdiction and provides some basic township service functions for each village.This paper takes the community as the research object,adopts interviews with the staff in the grid,questionnaire survey on the villagers in the grid,field survey on the implementation of the grid in 12 administrative villages,through the concept of grid and community grid management,the connotation and characteristics of participatory governance theory,the case analysis of P community general grid management,typical cases of participatory governance in rural communities in China,to improve Ways of thinking to carry out research..The operation of P community general practice grid is based on the grid management,which puts forward "multiple in one,one member multi-purpose",to improve the enthusiasm and satisfaction of the masses to participate in governance under the condition of multiple participants and multiple information collection channels.However,there are also some problems,such as the lack of participation,the weak awareness of the main body of the masses,the weak ability to participate,and the low satisfaction or indifference to the results of participating in governance.In addition,the service pattern of rural multi forces participation is still not perfect,the proportion of government leading is still very high,there is a dilemma of "let go,difficult to let go".Therefore,we should give full play to the guiding role of the grass-roots government,empower the people,strengthen the main role of the masses in governance,and promote the development of the grass-roots autonomous organizations.
